Part 2 Architectural Assistant required for Chichester’s leading RIBA Chartered architectural practice.
James Wells Architects is looking for a highly motivated, talented young Architectural Assistant to join our practice based in the centre of the cathedral city of Chichester in West Sussex.
The practice focuses primarily on high quality residential work in a value range from £300,000 to £2 million.
Our current projects include
Two new homes in Ardingly for a developer client, a new build house inspired by Palladio’s Villa Poiana and a range of outbuildings for a Listed Farmhouse which include a small barn repurposed as a photographic studio; a stable repurposed as a workshop; a large barn built in stone and oak recreated as a gym with home office and library space over; and a new swimming pool enclosure.
