This Grade 2 Listed Barn Refurbishment in West Sussex is a fine example of a queen post truss threshing barn dating from 1770s. Much of the materials were re-used, such as the clay tiles incorporated into the new roof, and granite cobbles re-laid to achieve a level flush threshold. There is space for new with the old, as demonstrated by the Crittal Steel framed glazing installed as part of this project.
This Barn Refurbishment project won a Sussex Heritage Trust Award in 2020.
