This 5 bedroom new build house in Wimbledon involved the comprehensive rebuilding of a previously unremarkable 1960s house.
With only three walls remaining, the original property was unified with white render to replace the original confused arrangement of the tile and brickwork facades.
The footprint of the original garage was taken up to first floor level to create a guest suite above. The rear of the house was extended out to create a dramatic, corner glazed large family room with generous amounts of natural light and a more connected feel to the outside greenery.
