Green Park House, Piccadilly

Green Park House in Piccadilly was originally designed and built in the 1890s as a grand family town house. This substantial, grade 2 listed six storey stone building was refurbished and extended to provide some 8,000 sq ft of high quality flexible meeting spaces and hot desking accommodation for The Office Group. Our sensitive treatment of the Building incorporated the restoration of key historic features, such as the original panelled stair. Our residential architects retained the important features of the CJ Harold Cooper original design and incorporated new contemporary features to provide for elegant, workable office space.
