We are delighted that Duncan Hall has written about Pagham Beach House in Sussex Life in their June issue. Designed and built as a weekend retreat by James Wells, Pagham Beach House draws inspiration from the Californian Beach Houses created by Craig Ellwood in the ’50s and ’60s and the Mies van der Rohe 1929 Barcelona Pavilion – a building still studied by architectural students today.
